Deno.test could be a function which is imported

This is just my personal gripe, but I've not understood why Deno.test is not just a function imported like assertEquals?

E.g. instead of this:

import { assertEquals } from "https://deno.land/std@0.145.0/testing/asserts.ts";

Deno.test("url test", () => {
  const url = new URL("./foo.js", "https://deno.land/");
  assertEquals(url.href, "https://deno.land/foo.js");
});

it could be:

import { assertEquals, test } from "https://deno.land/std@0.145.0/testing/asserts.ts";

test("url test", () => {
  const url = new URL("./foo.js", "https://deno.land/");
  assertEquals(url.href, "https://deno.land/foo.js");
});

Then it could be made to work in a browser too, and maybe even in Node. Deno.test feels like unneccessary global usage.

Not an issue, just my gripe. Wanted to write this down.
