I'm sure there are many thorny concerns from security, to resource utilization that are standing in the way of an implementation, but I wanted to find out what exactly those concerns are so that perhaps we can help move it forward because I would really love to see this work seamlessly across the entire Deno ecosystem.

Dynamic import is a really useful JavaScript feature that enjoys only partial support in Deno. Whether it is the fact that they are minimally supported in compiled binaries, or they don't work at all on deno deploy, it feels we are constantly bumping into the glass ceiling of this feature's absence.
