Utilize a playground sandbox for issue reproduction #11393
Description
Presently, it's challenging to provide reproduction data that's accessible to issue viewers and useful to people wanting to reproduce the issue. Here's an example where I posted the file contents for viewers and uploaded an archive for anyone wanting to reproduce the issue.
I think that providing issue creators with the ability to create and link to a playground sandbox for reproduction would be a great enhancement for issue management. (It would also be great for Deno adoption.)
I just had this idea, so I haven't done much research yet on available options, but perhaps something like Replit might be a good fit? I'm sure the concept of a browser-based deno sandbox has been discussed previously, but this issue is specific to reproduction.
