Version: Deno 1.42.1

I suppose DENO_TLS_CA_STORE=system was supposed to find the so common cacerts at /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt (i.e. Ubuntu docker container), but apparently it doesn't.

DENO_CERT=/etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt works though.
