Feedback:

show what a configurations entry should look like to debug a unit test in vscode. I am getting errors with
/Users/jpravetz/.deno/bin/deno run --inspect-brk=127.0.0.1:53156 --allow-all test /Users/jpravetz/dev/@epdoc/std/fs/test/fs.test.ts and I am seeing run and --inspect-brk automatically being inserted (I am not using program).
