Can plugins tap into dev.ts?

I am exploring the idea of a file based GraphQL schema generation in fresh_graphql.

While the development experience is fairly smooth, the requirement of manually maintaining a modified version of dev.ts is not exactly asthetic.

Is it possible to achieve the same behavior via fresh plugins?
