It's not related to 2.9.1 release. We're working on a fix and more bulletproof solution for this.

Did #130 cause a new type of outage? It was merged 23:49 UTC, and a workflow triggered just now at 00:17 UTC failed due to failing to download Deno.

EDIT: Nvm. I retried jobs 3 times, but I retried once more just now and it worked again. Maybe it was related to https://denostatus.com/cmr46orl100gl0rmgud0sd3k2
