deno tasks not found

Describe the bug

To Reproduce

1. create the following deno.json

   {
       "tasks": {
           "asdf": "echo 1"
       }
   }

2. click the ... icon and enable "Deno Tasks"
   
3. hit F1 and run "Deno: Run Task"

Expected behavior

task is listed in the "Deno Tasks" section and appears when running "Deno: Run Task"
