ALE autocomplete not working

I'm setting up ale in a new VIM install, I can't get the autocomplete to work, the following is my vimrc:

Errors are also printed to the buffer, and the fixers don't seem to be functioning.

Was able to get it to stop outputting the comments with let g:ale_virtualtext_cursor = 0

[hsanson]

Autocompletion only works for LSP linters. Both flake8 and pylint are not LSP so they do not support autocompletion.
For python I use jedils.

Thanks, that worked, my current issue is tons of python E501 errors, I am trying this but it's not working, I'd like to ignore those errors:

g:ale_linters_ignore is used to disable entire linters, not specific errors. ALE outputs whatever the underlying tool (e.g. jedils) throws and does not have functions to disable/filter it. If you want to disable/filter such errors you must look into jedils itself to see if it offers ways to disable them.

Thanks, I fixed it by adding let g:ale_python_flake8_options = "--ignore=E501"
