Confirm Metadata Safety for Digital Exposure

As a VRO engineer
I want to verify that Package Manager metadata fields are safe to expose digitally
So that we can avoid displaying sensitive PII or PHI in the VA.gov interface

Acceptance Criteria:

• I can confirm that metadata fields do not contain direct PII (e.g., name, SSN, address)
• I can verify whether any redaction or sanitization is needed before use
• I can provide a list of safe-to-display fields and note any that require exclusion
