Turn on & validate updates for API call to ADS

Issue Description

• Follow up to: Investigate and resolve null form526_uploads field in API call to ADS #4285
• In 05/05/25 sprint planning, we discussed:
  • Need to turn on the feature toggle to enable this, and follow up with the MAS team to make sure the new API call has the added fields. --Yang

MAS got back to us today in teams (after a few weeks):

• Katherine: Theis, Emily J. could we please get a sample file for the API that we could use to validate the outputs are as expected? For the Claim Automation process we would want to see the outputs for the form526_uploads and form4142 specifically, but we'd be interested to see what other structured data y'all are creating because there are definitely some backlog enhancements that could be impacted such as the form8940.
• Emily: Sure, HOWELL, ROBERT M. (AGILE SIX APPLICATIONS, INC) can I tap you and Yang to provide a sample of the form526 JSON with the updates?

Update: 7/1/25--
Katherine: Can the sample include the 4142 and 0781? These new changes may impact our PMR process.

• Emily: and just noting I do think there's an 8940 in the schema but since it's not enabled it will never be true. a tech debt item for us to remove it or revisit the work in the future
