As ABD Toxic Exposure project on CEDAR comes to an end on July 14, 2025, the VRO Team needs to transition over any documented processes, project-related communication or collaboration, and any other relevant artifact that can be archived in VA-approved tools and systems. These artifacts will serve as a valuable resource for teams that may take on this work in the future, and contribute VA's overall success.
Acceptance Criteria
VRO processes and documentation
(If applicable) Processes that you established for the team have been identified, documented, and saved in VA SharePoint (link to VRO folder in Benefits Portfolio), VA GitHub, or VA-approved tool (comment below with the URL location)
(If applicable) If you run any custom scripts to support or fix things in production, these have been saved in VA SharePoint (link to VRO folder in Benefits Portfolio), VA GitHub, or VA-approved tool (comment below with the URL location)
(If applicable) Anything that runs on a background schedule has been documented and saved in VA SharePoint (link to VRO folder in Benefits Portfolio), VA GitHub, or VA-approved tool (comment below with the URL location)
All documentation referenced above is clear, concise, and easily understandable by individuals with varying levels of expertise
Project-Related Communication or Collaboration
All communications with VA employees (pending or completed) that haven't already been shared with nor tagged in the VA enablement team have been forwarded to Amy Lai, Julie Strothman, and Cory Sohrakof.
Other Relevant Artifacts
(If applicable) Any other VRO artifact that hasn't yet been documented or saved in VA SharePoint (link to VRO folder in Benefits Portfolio), VA GitHub, or VA-approved tool (comment below with the URL location)
Returning GFE (if applicable)
If you have a government furnished equipment, you've contacted the A6 onboarding specialist to determine next steps for returning it when the contract ends (PoP ends 7/14/2025)
