to clarify: The first phase of this work is simply linking to two apps:

• Share My Health Data (SMHD)
• VA Health Chat

SMHD needs to be in production by June 4

Functionally, it needs to do the following:

1. When a user clicks a link to one of the apps, we check to see if they have that app installed
2. If it is NOT installed, users are taken directly to the respective App Store to download
3. If it IS installed, the appropriate app is launched

We are not tackling passing authentication for this first traunch of work
