As a DevOps Enginner, I want to have access to a Firebase staging environment, so we are abel to test our changes before committing them to production.

As part of this story we want to:

• Setup a Firebase staging environment
• Steps involved in pointing something towards staging vs. production
• Setting up Firebase access
• Documented in GitHub

Acceptance Criteria

• Firebase Staging environment is created.
• Process for pointing towards staging vs. production is completed and documented.
• Access is granted to required individuals.
• All steps are documented in GitHub.
