- Firebase staging area is set up so that testing can take place

Success Criteria:
What measurable outcomes will be used to indicate that this epic has successfully delivered value (i.e. - what is the impact)?
- 90% of the work released to production does not have issues or bugs
- Users provide an upward trend in positive reviews related to newly released work
