International Phone Number Support in the Profile
5.) Please explain what problem you are trying to solve.
With MHV migrating to VA.gov one of the items requested to maintain parity with MHV functionality as people onboard to VA.gov is International Phone number support for mobile, home, and work phone number fields.
Notifications in most instances are not able to be processed using an international phone number BUT the functionality to save an international phone number has been requested regardless.

User's have consistently requested international phone number support in the profile
