Travel reimbursement - Initial analytics review

Uncertain if this ticket will be worked this sprint as we only have a kickoff meeting per PO's Sprint Planning notes.

Added a blocked Product label. Ticket is blocked until the work is tready to be picked up. At this time it is not and will revisit after the kickoff meeting which has yet to be scheduled. 

Also at this time I have no info as far as what Travel Reimbursement MVP is, so hard to plan accordingly with that in mind. After kick-off should get more guidance from PO as to the direciton which will impact this timing. 

This is the update for the blocked/iced review for next week.
