Implement filters for Messaging and Appointments to help users get to where they want quicker

when looking at removing pagination and implement infinite scrolling we found this wasn't easily accessible. To solve our current issues we should implement expanded pagination(jump to specific pages that will be handled when design team gets to this component). While we are waiting on that we can implement usable filters/sorting to help users in the meantime for messages/appointments.
