Orphaned form label within Status meta data section of the CMS

Description

In the Status meta data section on the edit screens in the CMS, there are items that are displayed using the <label> element. However, there is no associated field causing this to be an orphaned form label.

These items are:

• Last updated
• Updated by
• Last saved by an editor

The other Orphaned label ticket I feel like is basically the same and will be resolved in probably the same way. So I have 2 thoughts and I think engineering might have to make the final decision:

1. Since the other ticket is (in theory) refined and ready to go, it might make more sense to complete that ticket, then come back to this one to do after we know the direction/how to do this one OR
2. Maybe it makes more sense to think about these together and work on them at the same time because perhaps one solution will solve them both.
