Description or Additional Context

This is a placeholder ticket for putting widget on the VA Police page that contains the filterable police activity data provided by multiple data sources.

Follow annotations in Sketch (Laura will provide)

Prereq: KISS ticket #16019

The widget will take the dropdown info from the KISS ticket to access the facility IDs and names for the content to show up for the particular facility.

Acceptance Criteria

• The dropdown shows the facility ID and name.
• When the dropdown is selected, the content shows for the selected facility and it matches the design appropriately.
• Laura provides annotations
• Design review
• Accessibility review

@laflannery is checking with Amanda on whether Sketch file has been moved to Figma so she can add annotations and provide aria

The way we want to do the dynamic piece of this widget, in terms of making sure that folks understand content has been changed is to force focus to the first new heading, which from looking at the comps is going to be "[month year] police activity at [facility name]", when the user hits the submit button. This has been added to the sketch file as well.
