Design review: Campaign Landing page

Description

Campaign landing pages haven't been reviewed as a whole for a while. An accessibility audit was completed (which also included some needed DS updates and additional recommendations) but it would be good to do a full design review.

Are there other improvements/updates not mentioned in the previous ticket that we should be making? Are there other components (VA or USWDS) that we should be incorporating?

• Current Figma file for CLPs
• List of recommended updates from audit
