Facility Locator Focus Management Emergency and Urgent Care

Background

In the facility locator, when the results list is shown after a search is performed, focus is forced to the Showing X - XX results for {search term} message. This helps to indicate to users, especially non-visual users, what has happened on the page.

Description

However, on the Emergency and Urgent care results lists, this focus management is not happening, focus doesn't move after the search is completed but rather it remains on the search button. This isn't terrible, it's just not the best as users may not know when the search is complete.

The Focus management should be updated so that Emergency Care and Urgent Care results lists have the same focus behavior as the other facility types

Acceptance Criteria

• When results are returned for Urgent Care and Emergency Care, focus is forced to the Results found message
• There are no regressions in the results listings for the other Facility types - the focus management should still move to the Showing results message
• There are no regressions in the no results behavior for any Facility types - the focus management should still move to the Showing results message and the next tab stop should be the For better results message
• Requires accessibility review

@laflannery @mmiddaugh I think we could justify adding this to progressive disclosure. I'll add it to the parent ticket for now and we'll find out of anyone has a problem with that.
