[BLOCKED] Adjust title case breadcrumb handling in Easy Breadcrumb module

Description

SPIKE in #19972 found that we can adjust the Transformation setting in the Easy Breadcrumb module to stop the Title casing of breadcrumbs that are not in any menu.

So let's do it.

Example links that are currentle title cased and should be sentence case for the final crumb:

Acceptance criteria

• Breadcrumbs use Sentence case rather than Title case for the final (H1) crumb
• No regression to other breadcrumb behavior
  • Final breadcrumb uses the node's H1, if the node is not included in a menu
  • Nodes that are included in a menu use the menu item text as final crumb, Sentence case
  • Lovell breadcrumbs correctly use -va vs. -tricare path based on the beneficiary experience the user is in

  • Manila breadcrumb paths do not change from production, e.g. https://www.va.gov/manila-va-clinic/about-us/leadership/
