Releases page no longer updates with daily deploy

User Story or Problem Statement

As a CMS contributor
I want to know the latest state of deployed code
So that I can run change management activity and verify fixes in prod.

Description or Additional Context

The CMS releases page has not updated since the last release before Jimmy Carter deploy freeze: https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/va.gov-cms/releases

Steps for Implementation

Acceptance Criteria

• CMS releases page should update with the daily deploy to reflect changes that are now live in the Prod CMS -- OR --
• If this is a no-op: Open a ticket with the Platform Content team to udpate the Deployments page to remove the Release Information link for CMS deploys

1. Identify what commit is listed on the CMS in the upper right (screenshot below)
2. Go to https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/va.gov-cms/commits/main/
3. Find your commit in the list (the v is not part of the commit ID, and you generally only need to use the first few characters to identify it). Everything up to that commit is on prod. (screenshot below)
