User Story or Problem Statement

As a developer, I need a clear and comprehensive run-book for template migration, incorporating feedback and best practices so that future developers can efficiently complete migration tasks with minimal confusion.

Steps for Implementation

  • Gather Feedback
  1. Share the first draft of the runbook with Sitewide developers and other relevant stakeholders.
  2. Collect feedback on clarity, completeness, and usefulness.
  3. Incorporate Feedback & Expand Content
  • Address key gaps identified by developers.
  1. Refine documentation on Next Build code ownership, PR reviews, and Tugboat setup based on input.
  2. Ensure troubleshooting steps and common pitfalls are included.
  3. Improve Structure & Accessibility
  4. Ensure all sections are up-to-date with the latest processes.
  5. Validate & Finalize
  6. Publish the revised runbook in Github.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Feedback from at least two Sitewide developers is addressed in the revised runbook.
  • Runbook includes clearly defined sections on PR reviews, code ownership, and Tugboat setup.
  • The final version is documented and shared with the team.
