Description

NOTE: This can be done as a follow up to #20815 or before, in which case #20815 might be easier.

The content-release logs for next-build should be pushed to Datadog so that they are easier to view, analyze and report on.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Logs for next-build are added into DD
