Description

As a result of #20489, next-build Tugboat is no longer loading the correct VA fonts.

You can also see the 404 errors for the fonts in the console:

Acceptance Criteria

  • The proper VA fonts load in next-build tugboat
  • JS also works properly (confirm breadcrumbs and left nav are loading)
