User Story or Problem Statement

As a member of Drupal CMS Helpdesk Support, I need to use unique and specific tags to ensure that knowledge from similar tickets is consolidated.

Description or Additional Context

We need to ensure that our knowledge is grouped appropriately so that it can be exported and tracked in a new system.
Example: Tags for PDF and file type = PDF need to be merged under one tag

Steps for Implementation

Acceptance Criteria

  • Review all tags in CMS Helpdesk
  • Identify duplicative tags, old unused tags, and new tags
  • Create rules so duplicative tags are merged
