We have a new sign in alert component in the design system. Your content/pattern is out of date.

Recommended action
Your product may not be an exact match but look at the sign in alert component and update it as much as you can to match what we have in the design system. Placement may differ as well. Once you figure out where and how the prefill alert will be placed, you may want to consider having the sign in alert under the Submit completed form.
