Description

The first segment of the <title> tag is Login Page but the H1 is Access the My HealtheVet sign-in option . These two elements should use the same text when possible.

Recommended action

Update the first segment of the title tag to match the h1. If the title tag doesn't mention MHV because it's a search engine indexing concern, another option could be to de-list the page from our site map and disallow robots.
