Test the usability of the health insurance selector and other supporting documents improvements that we are suggesting on the CHAMPVA Application (1010d). These are recommendations will come from the CHAMPVA supporting document research done with the CHAMPVA partner on simplifying the current product workflow for submitting supporting documents.

• Review prototypes necessary for the research to gather research questions and plan
• Create a first draft of the research plan
• Share research plan with Lois and Premal
