Simple content changes that need to be implemented ahead of staging review:

• INTRO PAGE:
  • Update language to remove "And" at the beginning of sentences.
  • 1st bullet: Change "And if you stayed at a hospital..." to "If you stayed at a hospital..."
  • 4th bullet: Change "And for certain types..." to "For certain types..."
• INSURANCE SCREENER
  • The hint text should have a period at the end of the last sentence.
  • The same applies to the screener question within the list & loop (after 1st entry)
• BENEFICIARY HEALTH INSURANCE REVIEW
  • Remove: You can add up to 2 health insurance policies
• SPONSOR SECTION
  • Update progress bar on sponsor name screen so it says sponsor information instead.
