10-7959a Review page accordions missing

On form 10-7959f, the accordions are missing on the review page when the beneficiary is submitting a claim. This means that the beneficiary cannot review or edit any information before submitting.

This is a launch blocking issue.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Investigate to determine possible causes for this issue/determine frequency, document findings on this ticket
• When submitting a claim as a beneficiary, make accordions visible on review page.
• Ensure that all accordions have the correct information in them and can be edited.

@jamiefiore I'm not able to reproduce this error. Can you let me know if there are specific steps I need to follow to find it? For now, I just made sure to fill out the form as a beneficiary.

@reiting I think this can be closed. I'm not seeing it happening on my end anymore. Perhaps some weird connection issue was happening the day that I was testing the form.
