The team processing FMP claims has raised concerns about the time it will take them to process claims if supporting docs are provided separately in PEGA. We want to investigate options for combining these documents before they are sent to PEGA.

• We have a rough estimate for the work needed to make this change to the existing form
• We understand how this would impact our current document tracking and error handling
• We understand how this would impact our current monitoring
• Write up findings and options so that they are understood within the team from an engineering perspective and for non-technical readers who will need to facilitate conversations outside the team
• Schedule discussion within the team once findings are complete

A long time ago our backend combined all the attachments into a single PDF. I believe this ticket covered the work to separate them out into individual PDFs. May or may not be useful
