Issue Description

Given: The design work for VHA payment history has been researched, updated, and finalized. The engineering team have written tickets to get started with implementation.
When: We are in the final stages towards implementing the improved VHA payment history experience
Then: We need a final layer of stakeholder feedback and we plan to gather written feedback through a survey.

Design and Front End sync on implementation of design

  • Survey created
  • Questions have been properly added

  • N/A if non development work
  • Testing passed and documented in this ticket based off the "Then" statement in the description
