Description
Expected: When the claimant type changes from Veteran to non-Veteran, digital submission no longer becomes available. (Digital submission is only for Veteran users).
Actual: Going back and changing claimant types allows non-Veterans to access digital submission features, including this required Veteran email address.
Steps to reproduce:
- Select that you're a Veteran
- Select a rep that allows for online submission
- Enter information as the Veteran
- Hit back all the way to the "Claimant Type" screen
- Change selection to non-Veteran
- Search/select a rep that allows for online submission -- you can see that online submissions are available downstream
