[BE] 10-10EZR: Discovery - Review EC/NoK VES Swagger Docs

User Story

As a Veteran, I want to be able to update my EC and NoK online so that the VA knows who to contact if something happens to me.

Acceptance Criteria/Definition of Done

• Review swagger docs Josh F. sent
• Review the API (in Dev and SQA only at the time of writing--not yet in Prod)
• Send any questions to Josh F. and VES sustainment team
• Report back to team and discuss adding second (Associates API) endpoint
• How would we handle this if user updates EC/NoK then goes through the rest of the form and hits "Submit" Do we send it twice?
• **Success: We have reviewed the swagger docs for EC/NoK and have reported back to the team on functionality. **
