User Story

As a Veteran, I want to be able to update my EC and NoK online so that I don't have to call the call center and wait on hold just to change who the VA contacts if something happens to me.

• Write test cases
• Conduct functionality testing
• Conduct smoke testing
• Success: We have tested that EC and NoK work on STG and we're ready to conduct E2E testing
