User Story

As a Veteran, I want to be able to update my EC online so that the VA knows who to contact if something happens to me.

Acceptance Criteria/Definition of Done

• Write test cases for E2E testing
• Test with Josh F. and Ramya/VES sustainment team
• Share results with team
• Success: We have tested that NoK are saving, editing, and deleting in VES as expected and we are ready to launch to Prod

AS: Split into two tickets, 3 for each

• Reference docs/tickets where we have this kind of work documented
• Etc.
