User Story
As a Veteran, I want to be able to update my EC and NoK online so that the VA knows who to contact if something happens to me.
Acceptance Criteria/Definition of Done
- Write test cases for E2E testing
- Test with Josh F. and Ramya/VES sustainment team
- Share results with team
- Success: We have tested that EC and NoK are saving, editing, and deleting in VES as expected and we are ready to launch to Prod
