[FE] 10-10EZ - Migrate from Sentry to Datadog Logs

Background

At some point in time, Sentry will be deprecated in favor of Datadog Logs. In an effort to get ahead of this deprecation, we need to look at setting up the Datadog Log service end and convert Sentry calls to DD Logs.

Tasks

• Identify all areas where Sentry is utilized for logging
• Identify any GA4 events that may be converted to Datadog Logs
• Update logging in all identified areas to Datadog Logs
