Background

For Compensation Claims Received After the Initial Eligibility Decision (EP020), when there are active IDES claims (EP689), we need to implement logic that routes these claims to the correct regional office. For all claims with service branch "Army" claims need to be routed to Seattle DRAS (346) and all other branches to Providence DRAS (304).
