  • The user cannot schedule an appointment and cancel a booked appointment at a VA site that is migrating over from Vista to Oracle Health. (confirm on VA request)
  • The Community Care request functionality will remain the same.
  • The VA request cancel functionality will remain the same.
  • The user should be able to have clear instructions on how to manage their booked appointments online.
  • The MVP will not include integration into secure messaging
  • The MVP will not include the ability to select modality
