I've reread the ticket a couple times but I don't see any justification provided for why production access is needed (sorry if I'm missing something!). I'm therefore removing the access-justification-example-provided label. Please clarify the purpose of the production access.

@JonathanKamensDVA - My team is troubleshooting a PROD defect and we need to make api calls to our prod vets-api . endpoints to verify the api response we are returning for PROD users. Upstream services believe they are sending us the correct response and we need to verify if this is the case.
