SOCKS - Update Offboarding Documentation

Description

Given the new operating parameters of the AL2-based SOCKS configuration, we need to update the documentation that describes the offboarding process to reflect the new process.

Acceptance Criteria

• Offboarding procedure can be followed by a Platform DevOps team member who is completely unfamiliar with the infrastructure
• Guidance for VFS team members is up-to-date.
• VFS-team guidance has been tested by at least on team member of the Reliability team with no prior knowledge of SOCKS updates
