Participants who had previously applied for VA benefits expected the requirements to be difficult, so they read instructions in depth. Consider including all the claim requirements and supporting documents in the introduction page and making this top level in the hierarchy of the layout. Can the text be simplified? Can we better organize the text and required docs with the use of line breaks and bullets?

• - Conduct discovery on what is the most important information for users to understand
• - Mock up text formatting and content changes on Figma
• - Collaborate with CAIA on the changes
