- Thanks for bringing this through! Y'all have a few needles you are trying to thread with these changes and I recognize the complexity at play.
- The primary use cases I'm hearing here are:
- (1) I am legally required to use MHV to help someone else.
- (2) I am unable to access my account except through MHV.
- Looking forward to hearing about your research at a Monday meeting!
Feedback
Practice areas will document their feedback on the VFS-provided artifacts following the Must, Should, and Consider Framework. Platform Governance reviewers may also provide additional notes that don’t comment on the artifacts themselves but are important for implementation (eg. engineering/coding notes).

Consider: ways to get folks help to get their accounts updated: Is there a way to optimize the flow to allow folks to ask for, or find, help getting their account information upgraded - to go beyond verifying with checkboxes that they are having trouble?

Consider: clearer link to "sign in using this page" Getting this link text right will be tough - there'll be a need to strike the balance between "I cannot perform a task without MHV" and "I do not want to perform a task without MHV." I like the second option you showed us, with a brief UL of links for folks looking for more information about how to make changes to their accounts. Can the link to alernate signon be part of this section, with something like "I'm having trouble upgrading my account"/"Get help upgrading my account"?
