Design: CHAMPVA Application Post-launch Usability Research Plan

We would like to check in with CHAMPVA applicants and beneficiaries now that the 1010d (CHAMPVA Application) has launched to plan for possible future iterations. Make a list of research questions on a mural board that we would want to answer. We will use this information to determine if it's a good opportunity for research and what methodology we should use (in-person vs virtual).
