Hypothesis or Bet
If we bring the online 28-1900 VR&E (Chapter 31) form into parity with the paper form then the number of online claims that will require development will be reduced and claims will be processed faster.
If we migrate the online 28-1900 VR&E (Chapter 31) form endpoint to RES then the claims will be processed in an efficient manner.
If we update the json file for the online 28-1900 VR&E (Chapter 31) form to include missing fields then the claims will be processed in an efficient manner.
