"Continue status" link on alert boxes docs does not work

Describe the bug

"Continue status" link on alert boxes docs does not work

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://design.va.gov/components/alertboxes
2. Click "Continue status" button
3. Nothing happens because anchor link does not exist

Expected behavior

If there is a "Continue status" alert box then that should be on the page, otherwise this link should be removed
