A user has reported that when they're using a Dark Reader plug-in, the VA.gov header dropdown menus UI displays incorrectly (partially in dark/partially in light; see screenshot)

@aklausmeier Question arose in refinement today as to whether support dark mode in this instance. As an aside, do you know when the DST will be componentizing the header/footer. Thanks! cc @laflannery @randimays

@FranECross DST componentizing header may already be underway (DST header epic). I suggest sharing this bug with Matt Dingee or Carol Wong to discover the possibility if it may need to be moved to their board or if PW will own this bug.
